Shipping, Delivery and Collection


In this page, you will find information and descriptions of the various shipping and delivery methods we use. Our primary shipping carrier is Pos Malaysia, Malaysia's national courier service. Shipping is currently FREE for all local purchases but do read further for the usual costs of local Malaysian shipping because if you'd like to perform a Return or Exchange of your purchase, the total value of the store credit you'll get will include a deduction of the cost of the selected shipping method you used.  Estimated rates of International Shipping via Regular Air Mail can be found HERE. For Malaysian residents residing within Klang Valley and who would prefer to collect your item in person, do select Self Pick-up as the delivery option upon checkout - our list of all our locations we have pick-ups are listed at the bottom of this page. :)

International Shipping via Regular Air Mail is FREE for orders worth USD150 and above! More information about shipping rates via International Regular Air Mail can be found HERE.

IMPORTANT: When placing an International order, please make sure the default currency of our store is the currency of your choice, not in MYR, as Paypal doesn't accept payment in the MYR currency for international addresses. Our store's default currency can be changed via the currency icons on the top right of the page. 

Express delivery is also available for international orders, though we typically do not use it as it's at a significantly higher cost. However, if you're in a rush for your parcel and would like to opt for Express mail for an international order, please email us at contact@phatculture.com and we'll send you a price quotation with more options. 

 

Tracking your order:

A notification will be sent to your email after we have shipped your item out. It includes your item’s  tracking number and other further details. You may track and trace your order via Pos Malaysia's website.

 

Order Pick-up / Collection:

If you'd prefer to collect your order in person, you can choose to collect your item in person from our Office / Concept Showroom which is located near Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya. :)
