Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are subject to an agreement with our terms and conditions as published on our site, hence it is advisable that you're absolutely certain about your purchase before committing to placing an order. Once you've placed an order, it is considered a confirmed order and any changes / cancellations should be directed to our team. All purchases of items are subject to availability, though our system and team strives to provide nothing but the most accurate updates of our products’ availability.
By default, your reservation period of your items are 24 hours only. While we do try to set aside your pieces for you for as long as we can, we reserve the rights to release your reservation to the next buyer in-line once your order has expired.
ii. Availability and Pricing
While we try to keep our system as accurate as possible, sometimes errors do occur and if there are any discrepancies with the stocks or prices, we will email you as soon as possible to notify you about the error. In a case of which your item is not available anymore, rest assured we will perform a full refund, or you can opt for an exchange or to keep it as store credit.
Once you’ve made payment, please proceed with notifying us, and precise steps will be taken to verify that your transaction has been made. Pieces will only be dispatched once full payment is made and we reserve the rights to reject insufficient payments. If you’re making a cash deposit payment and have to bank-in a round figure, we will return your change via an online transfer or if requested, via cash. Please remember to keep your receipt/slip/proof of transaction and insert a soft copy file when you’re informing us of your payment.
A tracking number will be provided upon delivery, and will be emailed to your registered email account.
v. Defects, Returns and Exchanges
Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more information. For returns and exchanges made in the case of which the item is not defected and if the purchase(s) was made with Free Shipping, the value of returned store credit will include the deduction of the total cost of the selected shipping method.
vi. Taxation and Charges
Overseas buyers who are purchasing via Paypal are liable to a 7% sales tax due to Paypal's additional charges.
vii. Sale and Promotions
Only one promotion is applicable for every individual purchase. Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange / returns. For purchases made with free shipping (be it an ongoing promotion or a voucher), the value of the product minus its chosen shipping costs will be taken into account in the case of any exchanges or returns.

Your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for promotions or newsletter updates. When a purchase is made on our site, we also ask for your delivery address and desired payment methods. We obtain these information to help us improve on our website’s user friendliness.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our store’s news and updates, we occasionally send emails to communicate on our latest products and special offers.
All Phat Culture members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us you should opt-out by inserting your email under our “Newsletter” section on the left task bar while selecting “unsubscribe”.

At Phat Culture, we make every effort in bringing the best display of our products. We try our best to show the design and colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the resolution of each monitor’s resolution may vary from one to another, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display is exactly the same as our real product.

Alike to our images, all content are produced with much care and effort. You may use our contents for personal usage but not to be published, manipulated or be reproduced in any other mediums or sites for any business or commercial purposes.
